Excellent
We called another garage door repair service for maintenance due to the noisy sound. Minutes after the tech left we realized that the double door doesn't close by neither the remote control nor the button. We contacted the tech again and asked if he could come back but there was no response. We called Scooters Door Service and got instruction to get the door temporarily closed for the night because it's late. Ron of Scooters came the next day, quickly got the door aligned and operated normally again. Ron stated that he provided a lot of repair services in our area and offered to have his sticker by our door and no charge for the service. We were kind of surprise as we prepared to pay for the service call; so we ended up offering him a fractional amount. It's not about the money that we paid but it's very nice service attitude that we rarely saw. Don't want any more garage door issue but if we need the service again, Scooters will definitely get our business. Recommended!
