  Residential Heat Pump Installation

  Heat pumps are designed to save you more on the cost of heating. A heat pump is most efficient when the outside temperature is above 30 degrees. When the outdoor temperature is below 30 degrees, the back-up heating system will kick in. Back-up heat systems typically consist of electric heat or gas heat. If you go with a gas back- up heating system, this is commonly known as a dual-fuel heating system.   Daikin Heat Pumps

  A heat pump is a mechanical-compression cycle refrigeration system that can be reversed to either heat or cool a controlled space. Installation of this type of system consists of two parts: an indoor unit called an air handler and an outdoor unit similar to an air conditioner, but referred to as a heat pump. A compressor circulates refrigerant to absorbs and release heat as it travels between the indoor and outdoor units.
