  • Tara Trent

    Flexologist

I have always had a passion for helping people, holistic healing, and spreading positivity. I started my journey in health and wellness at a very young age, when my family began telling me I had gifted hands and would ask me for back rubs. At 19, I started college to become a massage therapist and I fell in love with holistic healing. I began donating my free time offering compassionate touch for people who were going through Chemotherapy. For, the past 15 years I have worked in many different forms of healthcare, from home health care, to mental health, to being a pharmacy tech, but I always find my way back to hands on, touch based health and wellness. And that is why I am so thankful to be working for Stretchlab. I am so excited to expand my knowledge, while meeting new amazing people, and following my calling to help people! I spend most of my time with my 2 daughters. We love nature and hiking in the different state parks. In the summer months we spend a lot of time finding new beautiful places to explore. During the cooler months we enjoy staying in and watching movies from the 80's, like Gremlin's, The Never Ending Story, and Ghostbusters. When I'm not with my kids I am either spending time with cat, playing Dungeons and Dragons, or looking for new adventures.
